Shipping Costs

For delivery in Australia, EXIT has free shipping. Returns are not a free service provided by EXIT.


Delivery time frame is 3 – 7 business days.
All Australian orders are dispatched with Australia Post.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been placed EXIT is unable to change the delivery address. Once the package has been dispatched it is up to the customer to re direct this with Australia Post.

Returning Your Online Purchase

Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase.
Tags are attached to all items.
EXIT will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.

Submitting Your Online Return

To submit a return email

Once a return request email is received, EXIT will reply with a response if you are eligible or not for the return.
EXIT will provide a return reference number which you will need to display on the parcel or in the parcel.
EXIT will provide the postal address for you to send the garment/s back with tag/s on.
This is not a free service provided by EXIT.

Once EXIT Receives Your Return

Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment.
If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
EXIT does not currently offer exchanges for different sizes or garments.

In-store Purchase

We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days for your in-store purchase, provided you present your digital receipt as a proof of purchase and garments are in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
All in-store purchases must be returned to the EXIT concept store, either in person or via mail.
